Need it faster?
We have Canada Post shipping as an option on our shipping page but we will ship it out faster with UPS, Purolator, Canpar or ICS. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated shipping time is in addition to order processing time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Some UPS deliveries are delivered on Saturdays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Most locations are 1-5 business days. Remote locations may be 1 business days depending on your service location.
If your package gets lot by a courier, you must report it to us within 30 days so we can contact the courier and make a claim for you. If you do not contact us within the 30 day period, you will lose that option and there will not be any refund. Please contact us for any questions.
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday.
