1) Returns

Flavour concentrates are food-based products, and we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect product, or your order is damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement. You must provide pictures of the damaged goods with them being inside our vacuum sealed bags and send them to us within 30 days of arrival for the refund. No refunds will be given based on the taste of a product, this is because everyone has different taste preferences. Taste is subjective and not every product will please every customer. We encourage you to try the small sizes first, before purchasing large sizes. All flavoring sales are final.

2) Shipping

All orders have an option to be shipped via Canada Post, this is automatically displayed but we will ship faster with UPS, Purolator, Fedex or Canpar to get it to you faster, Expedited shipping is free on all orders over $120 pre-tax Canada Only! which is typically 1-2-3 or 5 business days. Weekends are NOT considered business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Once your order has been released to our couriers, we have no control over weather delays, disaster delays or technical delays by these couriers. Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
